Starting this month, you will be able to book yourself a Thai Table Massage with yours truly! These are offered in 90min sessions only and same price as a regular 90min treatment.

These treatments come in 2 options: Prone/Supine and Supine/sidelying. Each option aims at increasing joint mobility/flexibility (especially hips), and increasing ROM in areas needed.

Unlike deep tissue massage, Thai massage is a full body routine (sort of like a dance sequence) and isn't just targeting a specific area you want worked on. It works the whole body and system. Clients are also fully dressed, wearing comfy gym clothes, so no lotion/gel is ever used in a Thai massage.

With the mask mandate ending after tomorrow, I have been getting asked what my policy will be in regards to it. Well, I will be sticking to what I did in the summer time when the mandate was lifted (before it came right back 😅). It is entirely up to the client on whether or not they want to wear a mask during their treatment. As the therapist, I will remain masked and continue to keep my COVID protocols intact. I still ask my clients that if they feel unwell or test positive with Covid, to please cancel and reschedule their appointment. Thank you for all your cooperation and stay well out there!! 😷

Hey everyone! I just wanted to share this here to gain some momentum. This kid is a fireball. They are tough as nails and going through this battle with great spirits and courage like a warrior. As some of you know, my nephew went through cancer treatments just like Jax here, and if we could have started a GoFundMe back then we would have. This hits home again as Jax and their family are friends of ours. Any help would be appreciated during this Holiday season and for the future needs of this family. Thank you ❤️

Well folks, we are at this point again! As of September 17, we are back to masks being mandatory while you're here for your massage.
This is something we all saw coming and I think we can all agree, could have been easily prevented.
If you can, please get vaccinated, it will help these rising numbers slow down and keep hospital beds available to those who need them.

"To mask, or not to mask... That is the question 🤔"

Well here's your answer! For clients, it's completely up to you if you want to wear a mask or not. If you want to wear it, go for it! If you don't want to, perfectly ok👌! You do what feels comfortable and safe to you, there is no judgement on either side of it.
It's still recommended that if you have that little cold, the sniffles or what not, that you wear a mask if you're planning on having a massage, it just makes a little sense right? However, if you are at that point where you can't even work from home you're so sick, please reschedule as soon as you can.

As the professional working, I will continue to wear my mask during all treatments with clients and during the payment/home care process. All COVID cleaning/sanitizing protocol will remain the same (as it kinda was before covid I might add 😅) so no need to worry about that! Hand sanitizer and the washroom is available for client use.

Now, in regards to the vaccine. Do I accept clients who aren't vaccinated? Absolutely. If you're vaccinated or not, I welcome all clients. And also, as part of personal health confidentiality, I am not required (or able to ask) to know if you are vaccinated or not. That information DOES NOT apply to massage treatment so I do not need to know that.

Ok I think that's mostly it?! My association is keeping close with the SHA and the Government on any changes and what will the future bring with this new restriction lifting. Anything I know, you will know too!!

This isn't just a "golden ticket" to football games, concerts or whatever else. This is a ticket to family gatherings bigger than 5! This is to seeing more than the few friends you've been able to see. This is to bringing us all BACK TOGETHER! 🫂🫂
