I’m officially heading back to school!

This fall, I’ll be starting my Master of Social Work, with a focus on Trauma-Informed Practice.

Over the years, my work as a therapist has shown me just how deeply trauma shapes our experiences and how powerful healing can be when we truly feel seen, heard, and safe.

This next step is about deepening my skills so I can show up for my clients in even more meaningful ways 💛

I’m equal parts excited, nervous, and inspired for this next chapter - and so grateful for everyone who has supported me along the way.

Here’s to growth, learning, and creating spaces where healing feels possible for everyone. 🌿✨
