Tamara has been a part of the Pivotal Point team since 2020 and has developed a successful eight-year career as a Registered Massage Therapist, grounded in her education at the Professional Institute of Massage Therapy in Saskatoon. Cora has been a registered massage therapist for the past 12 years. She has since spent time in the classroom teaching the next generation of registered massage therapists- even a couple who currently treat at our location! Her favorite topic is anatomy & she skillfully uses her knowledge of the human body to target and treat problematic structures thoroughly and effectively.

Cora has spent the majority of her continuing education learning about the facial system & is trained in RAPID neurofascial reset therapy & myofascial cupping.

We are now hiring a part time/full time clinic receptionist with potential to move into an assistant manager position. Remote reception and/or in person shifts will be available.

Nature of Work:

-Wellness clinic / medical office assistant
-Data Integrity and Confidentiality
-Communicate with clients in person and on the phone
-Work under fast paced/ high stress situations

Qualifications:

-At least 1-2 years of relevant office job experience
-Computer adequacy (Including Google software, Word/ Excel, online booking software)
-Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
-Demonstrated leadership skills, building consensus and leading through influence
-Highly effective interpersonal skills
-Ability to work independently, collaboratively and within a team environment
