Here is a little about me:
My name is Katie and I have an empathetic personality and a passion for helping people. This prompted my career in massage therapy and body work. My genuine care for her clients' well being and progress make my treatments stand out! I am from Newfoundland, where I graduated from Academy Canada's Massage Therapy program in 2013. I've recently joined the Hand & Stone team and am very eager to get back to practice since dedicating myself to teaching Massage Therapy for the last 2 and a half years. Since moving here I've been sharing my knowledge and passion with the students of Professional Institute of Massage Therapy. Teaching conditions like fibromyalgia, plantar fasciitis, frozen shoulder, tendonitis - the list goes on ! I can tailor a treatment plan that specifically fits you and your needs. I also have a background in osteopathic techniques and all of my treatments are a blended approach!
