Team Member Tuesday: this week we are highlighting Carine!

We asked Carine to share with us what she has been up to during her favourite season:

“Here are some pictures of me enjoying my favourite season: fall. I have been spending my time enjoying the warm fall weather, lots of outdoor walks and cooking fall dishes. Enjoying the change of seasons!”

Carine spent some time away from Origin over the spring and summer and we are SO excited to have her back in the office!!

Team Member Tuesday: this week we are highlighting Jonah!

Over the last few months, Jonah has been expanding his myofascial knowledge by attending seminars in both Minneapolis and Winnipeg!

These seminars focused on the cervical and thoracic regions as well as myofascial mobilizations. Not only did he learn a ton of new techniques, he was also able to see some pretty cool sites!

Team Member Tuesday: this week we are highlighting Dr. Janea!

Dr. Janea is sharing with us a few of her favourite things:

1. I love being outside in nature! I am outside at every change I get! Sitting inside on a nice day feels like an absolute sin.

2. Love to travel and adventure with my crew (last year we did a big trip to South America and travelled through Chile and Argentina.

3. I love to move my body. Some of my favorites are biking, hiking, going for walks, snowboarding, wake surfing, and pilates.

4. I love food and finding cool, delicious places to eat, especially while traveling. It is a passion of mine!

5. Love to educate people about health and wellness and help guide and empower people on their health journey - I work in a 1:1 setting with patients at Origin and I also offer a variety of online self paced educational health courses! You can find the info on my website.

6. Love to continue to educate myself as a health care provider- as medicine and science is always evolving.

7. Matcha Lattes are the bomb.

8. Something I am working on is my organizational skills - always struggled here but recently bought a day planner so I can take pen to paper and I am enjoying sitting down and planning out each week a little better! The calendar on phones are handy but sometimes I just need the real thing —- ANY ONE ELSE?!

Happy Thanksgiving long weekend!!

Origin will be closed Saturday, October 11 to Monday, October 13. We will resume regular business hours on Tuesday, October 14.
