Are you a detail oriented, strong multi-tasker with excellent interpersonal skills? Integro Physiotherapy is looking for a part time Office Administrator to join our team. Our modern facility is designed for high quality patient care and offers services including physiotherapy, kinesiology and massage therapy.
Your responsibilities would include:
• Greeting patients and creating a positive, engaging atmosphere
• Answering a multi-line phone system and scheduling patients
• Manage patient records, oversee billing / invoicing and collecting payments from patients and insurance companies (via Telus Health, Provider Connect, etc)
• Managing patient flow and health care provider schedules
• Respond to patient inquiries and feedback
• Office cleanliness and organization
• Protect patients’ rights by maintaining confidentiality of personal and financial information
• Operate general office equipment such as: computers, printers, scanner, telephone, fax
Job Requirements / Qualifications
• Experience in a fast-paced work environment is preferred
• Previous experience in an office or clinic/medical setting is desired
• Multi-tasking abilities, prioritization, and organization skills are a must
• A positive attitude, creative thinker and problem solver
• Must be a self-starter and able to work with minimal supervision
• Computer savvy and ability to quickly learn new software
• Familiarity with the Jane App and Telus Health would be an asset
• Required knowledge and familiarity of MS Word, Outlook, Excel
Job details:
• Temporary part-time 1 year contract with potential for part time permanent position
• Must be available to work evenings (Mon/Tues/Thurs - hours: 4-7pm) and occasional vacation coverage
• Hourly compensation is based on experience, qualifications and transferable skills
