I am a Certified Personal Trainer and owner of Fit & Well Body Design. I am certified with the Canadian Society for Exercise Physiology and hold an Advanced Diploma in Physical Fitness & Leisure Management and a Bachelor's Degree in Physical and Health Education. I am drawn to opportunities to get others educated and excited about health and fitness. I am passionate about the benefits of exercise and the importance of wellness. Although, I wasn't on many sports teams I still have a bit of a competitive side. My father first introduced me to weight training when I was in high school. I found my competition in chasing my own personal best. I enjoy running, weight training, and exploring outdoor activities. I live an active lifestyle with my husband and three children. I am eager to design a plan to meet your goals and guide you to your optimal fit and well body.
