💙 Thank you, Rotary! 💙

We were honoured to welcome members of the Rotary Club of Sault Ste. Marie and celebrate their incredible $10,000 donation to our Million by March campaign. Their generous gift has gone toward the purchase of ultrasound transducers for our new diagnostic imaging units, vital tools in providing safe, accurate imaging.

Ultrasound transducers play a critical role in assessing organs and soft tissue, supporting pregnancy and prenatal care, and helping diagnose and monitor health concerns in babies and infants. They allow care teams to capture clear images non‑invasively, supporting early diagnosis, guiding treatment, and reducing stress for children and families.

Rotary’s commitment to improving the lives of children is powerfully reflected in this gift. 🌟

More than 40,000 times each year, our community relies on Diagnostic Imaging for critical care. Services that are accessible to everyone - regardless of whether they are patients of Group Health Centre.
✅Early Detection Saves Lives: Mammography and Ultrasound are vital for identifying health issues at the earliest, most treatable stages.
✅Local Access to Care: Ensuring these tools are available at the Group Health Centre means our community can receive high-quality diagnostic imaging close to home.
✅Generational Impact: This investment supports the health of families across Algoma - today and for years to come.

We’re getting closer! 🎉

Thanks to the incredible support of our community, we have reached 84% of our $1,000,000 goal in the Million by March Campaign!

So far, your generosity has helped us put 1 new mammography unit and 4 ultrasound units in place. Essential medical equipment that is already making a difference for our community. But we’re not finished yet. TWO MORE ULTRASOUND UNITS are still needed.

Every donation brings us one step closer to the finish line. Let’s keep the momentum going and cross the $1 million mark together before the end of March!

💙 Donate today and help us finish strong.
