🌊 Flow & Float Retreat | August 7–9, 2026 🌊
📍 Sunnd Nordic Eco Resort (at a private lake!!)
✨ Limited to 6 women

Flow & Float is an intimate 3-day women’s retreat rooted in water, movement, and presence. Held on a private lake, this immersive weekend blends stand-up paddleboard skill-building, yoga, meditation, sound, and spacious time to rest and reconnect, all within a small, supportive group.

Designed for those who love the water and want to deepen their confidence, awareness, and relationship with paddleboarding, Flow & Float includes an Advanced Stand-Up Paddleboard Skills Certification, supporting safer and more enjoyable time on the lake. Yoga is offered as a complementary practice to support balance, embodiment, and integration. Please note this is not a yoga teacher training.

✨ What to expect:
• Arrival Friday evening with dinner, settling in, and an opening meditation + sound journey
• A full Saturday on the water with SUP skills training, paddleboard games, and a floating SUP yoga session
• Nourishing meals, creative integration, fire time, and a wood-fired hot tub under the stars
• A grounding Sunday morning yoga practice, closing circle, and farewell by 10:00 am

Participants stay in beautiful eco domes overlooking the lake, with shared accommodations. All meals, board rentals, safety gear, accommodations, certification, and retreat programming are included.

✨ Flow & Float Retreat now open to the public ✨

For the past week, Flow & Float has been open exclusively to my newsletter community. A few spots have now opened up, and there are very few remaining

Flow & Float is a 3-day immersion into water, movement, and presence, held August 7-9, 2026 on a private lake at Sunnd Nordic Eco Resort. This intimate retreat is limited to just 6 participants, allowing for deep connection, personalized instruction, and plenty of spaciousness to rest and be

Over three days, we’ll weave together stand-up paddleboard skills training, yoga, meditation, sound, and intentional time on the land and water. This experience is designed for those who love being on the water and want to deepen their confidence, awareness, and relationship with paddleboarding. The retreat includes an Advanced Stand-Up Paddleboard Skills Certification, supporting safer, more skillful, and more enjoyable time on the water

This is not a yoga teacher training. Yoga is offered as a supportive, grounding practice to enhance embodiment, balance, and integration throughout the weekend

Participants will stay in beautiful eco domes overlooking the lake, with shared queen beds (with a friend or another participant, please arrive open to shared accommodations)

Expect nourishing meals (dietary needs accommodated), daily yoga and meditation, long hours on the water, sauna and fire time, journaling, and ample free space to rest, paddle, or simply be. We move with the elements, listen to the lake, and allow the retreat to unfold with intention and care

🎨 Woodstock Paint Night at Good Times🍷

I’m so excited to be bringing a community paint night to Woodstock, Ontario! This special evening is a collaboration with Good Times, a newly renovated local favourite with an updated (and delicious!) menu.

Join me for a relaxed, beginner-friendly paint night where we’ll create together, unwind, and enjoy good food, drinks, and company.
