Many of us move through life on autopilot - supporting others, meeting responsibilities, and pushing forward even when our inner world feels heavy. This can feel even more intense around the holidays, when expectations and emotions are at their peak.

If you’ve been feeling stretched thin, overwhelmed, or craving space to reconnect with yourself, this program was created with you in mind. A way to start your new year with a new perspective.

Over three 1.5-hour sessions, we’ll explore self-compassion and mindfulness, two evidence-based practices that can reduce stress, anxiety, and burnout, while strengthening resilience.

Coos + Core is a playful Baby & Me yoga flow that builds connection and a stronger core - while giving you space to share the real talk of motherhood after class.

WHEN | Friday, December 5th 11am (45-min flow + option to stay after for a hot chocolate, coffee or tea or take it to go (cause we get it)

PRICE | $25 + hst

This class is for mamas + babies aged 0–12 months. Please ensure you are at a safe stage in your recovery for some gentle movement + core strengthening.
