1 WEEK AWAY!

A space where you don’t have to explain why your brain works differently. 🤍

Our Neurodivergent Club is a free weekly group for neurodivergent adults looking for support, conversation, understanding, and connection.

Whether you live with ADHD, autism, sensory overwhelm, anxiety, or simply feel exhausted from masking and trying to keep up with the world around you.
We see you here.

This is a calm space to slow down from the overwhelm, connect with people who understand, and feel a little less alone.

🩵 Conversation
🩵 Support & connection
🩵 A judgment-free environment
🩵 Community with people who get it

Our CEO lives with ADHD herself and understands how isolating neurodivergence can sometimes feel. Strong Minds was built to create spaces where people feel supported, accepted, and understood exactly as they are.

You are not “too much.”
You are not alone.
We see you.

Welcome to the Strong Minds Team, Madison! 🩵

Originally from southwestern Ontario, Madison Telford is a Registered Kinesiologist who is completing her second student placement at Strong Minds.

Madison graduated from the University of Western Ontario in 2024, with a Bachelor of Arts in Kinesiology, and went on to complete her registration exam to become a Registered Kinesiologist.

Currently, she is obtaining a diploma in Fitness and Health Promotions through Algonquin College Online.

Madison is pleased to pursue her second placement experience at Strong Minds from now until August.

Madison was drawn to Strong Minds because she saw what a profound network and impact the company has in the community. She is most excited to witness the holistic approach that Strong Minds brings to fitness and health promotions.

We want to thank you everyone so much who showed up for the 9th Annual Run for Change!!

Not only was it a great turnout - the enthusiasm, fun outfits, family involvement, KIDS RUN participants (with some parents joining too) and energy were all more than we could ask for.

Thank you to the AMAZING volunteers who helped make this run possible, to our sponsors, our lovely community partners who had tables, our face painting artist Makeup By Michelle and to those who showed up and ran through at one point... the rain.

We will continue to share photos, videos, thank you and shout outs, but let use know if you'd like a photo with your finishing time and we'll send it over!

Most importantly, all proceeds from Run for Change go to local mental health initiatives that will be released post-donation.

We couldn't have done this without you! See you next year for the 10th Annual Run for Change that we intend to make even better 😎
