Happy Fearless Friday, Dear Ones!
Imagine holding yourself with tenderness and compassion. Every single part of you. The parts you judge. The parts you turn away from, stuff down and hide. Choose one thing you hold with fear and offer it love instead, right now. Can you feel it? The softness that comes from love and acceptance.
