Anaphylaxis and Soup!!!

We recently enjoyed a great Lunch n’ Learn and learnt more about anaphylaxis with our team.

Along with some delicious homemade soup and garlic bread, Dave shared an important educational session with our staff on recognizing and responding to an anaphylactic emergency.

The timing was especially fitting, coming right after our annual medical emergency training. It was a valuable opportunity to reinforce key information and continue building our team’s knowledge.

We’re excited to have Nic with us for his 7-week clinical rotation, and what better way to welcome him to Northern Ontario than a snowshoe adventure ! 🌲☀️

Our clinic crew soaked up the sunshine, enjoyed the fresh air, and powered through a few very humbling hills 😅

This week we took a moment to celebrate our incredible team at Simard Foot & Ankle Clinic💙

Our annual staff appreciation lunch ended with a little extra flair — crème brûlée 🔥🍮

Turns out there’s very little “chef Dave” won’t do for his staff… including taking things outside to make sure dessert is done just right 🥶

Moments like these remind us how lucky we are to work with such a dedicated, fun, and supportive team.

And as a bonus, we got to introduce Jessica to her very first crème brûlée!
