Restoring facial volume can sometimes take more than you think, especially in areas greatly affected by gravity & volume loss.

For this client, who was initially nervous about dermal fillers, we started with a conservative approach for this area: approximately 0.6 cc in each mid-cheek & nasolabial fold to provide a subtle lift & soften the appearance of smile line shadowing.
