GHC Hep Care Program

GHC Hep Care Program The Hep Care Program works with individuals have Hepatitis C or are at risk of getting Hepatitis C!

The GHC Hep Care Program works in the Algoma District to provide prevention education, support and treatment to those affected by Hepatitis C. Our medical team help monitor and treat patients, while the support and outreach team provide counselling and harm reduction services to at risk individuals. We provide services to the Algoma District, and do not require a referral to access our program.
