-Our wheelchair accessible private clinic with a mechanical lift in Sault Ste Marie located at 683A Great Northern Road, Suite 3A

-Our private clinic accessible to the community in Thessalon located at 145 Dawson Street

-Your private home

-The Sault Area Hospital

-Multiple in-home clinics at Long-Term Care Homes within the Algoma District including:
-The F.J. Davey Home
-Extendicare Maple View
-Extendicare Van Daele
-Cedarwood Lodge
-Mauno Kaihla Koti (OFRA)
-Algoma Manor

-Your private apartment in a Retirement Home within the Algoma District including:
-Pathways
-Collegiate Heights
-Great Northern Retirement Home
-Kotitalo (OFRA)
