Certain herbs have a way of keeping us calm yet alert, giving our brains a more relaxed state of mind, such as holy basil, chamomile, lemon balm and lavender just to name a few.

While no herb is meant to be a “ cure” for something, finding the right herbal ally to help us confront these scary things can be incredibly helpful.
