Everyone has experienced at least one traumatic event in their life, whether they recognize it or not.

When that trauma remains unhealed, it gets stored in the body and begins to manifest as physical pain, emotional distress, or illness.

The mind keeps replaying those painful memories, sending constant reminders to the body in the form of stress, anxiety, or depression.

True healing begins when you allow your body to release those trapped emotions. When the body lets go, the mind finds peace — and that’s when real freedom begins.
