Commission-Only Sales Representative – First Aid & CPR Training**
About Us:
We are a **Canadian Red Cross–certified training provider** offering **First Aid & CPR/AED courses** to workplaces, schools, and organizations. Our mission is to make Ontario workplaces safer through high-quality training delivered by certified instructors.
Job Type:
Commission-Only | Remote / Field-Based | Flexible Schedule
What You’ll Do:
* Identify and contact businesses (corporate offices, daycares, healthcare facilities, construction companies, etc.) to sell "First Aid & CPR training packages".
* Close deals for **group training sessions** (on-site or blended).
* Build relationships for repeat and referral business.
* Achieve monthly sales targets for bonus incentives.

**Who We’re Looking For**

*Sales experience is preferred but not required if you have strong motivation and networking skills.*

Ontario, Canada (primarily targeting businesses in GTA and surrounding regions).
