▶️ PERFORMANCE CAMP IS HERE ▶️
Starting June 5th, Coach Tiana & Coach Letty are running a 10-week Performance Camp designed to help athletes get stronger, move better, improve conditioning, and build confidence in their sport.
This camp is for athletes of all levels looking to improve strength, speed, mobility, explosiveness, and overall athletic performance in a structured training environment.
Perfect for athletes involved in basketball, soccer, football, volleyball, hockey, and other sports.
If you have a son, daughter, family member, or know an athlete through a school, team, or organization that could benefit from this type of training, feel free to share this with them.
