Starting June 5th, Coach Tiana & Coach Letty are running a 10-week Performance Camp designed to help athletes get stronger, move better, improve conditioning, and build confidence in their sport.

This camp is for athletes of all levels looking to improve strength, speed, mobility, explosiveness, and overall athletic performance in a structured training environment.

Perfect for athletes involved in basketball, soccer, football, volleyball, hockey, and other sports.

If you have a son, daughter, family member, or know an athlete through a school, team, or organization that could benefit from this type of training, feel free to share this with them.

Fridays at 5 pm – Starting June 5th

If you’ve been trying to get back on track before summer, this is your chance to finally lock in and build some momentum.

For a $50 entry fee, you’ll have 28 days to lose 4% of your starting body weight. Everyone who hits the goal by the final weigh-in will split the total prize pot equally.

The more people who join, the bigger the pot gets.

🏆Grand prizes to the top male and female participants with the highest overall percentage of body weight lost.

😫Most people think low back pain means something is wrong with the back.

But many times the real issue starts somewhere else.
In this case, Roman had left-sided low back pain every time he squatted heavy.

When we analyzed his squat, his hips were shifting to the left during the descent. That small compensation was placing repeated stress on the left side of his lower back.

After testing his hip mobility, we found the real issue: restriction in the opposite hip.

⛑️Once we addressed the underlying problem using:

1️⃣soft tissue treatment for the lower back
2️⃣acupuncture and cupping to reduce tension
3️⃣hip mobilization drills to restore rotation
4️⃣targeted loading through deep hip ranges

✅️His squat pattern immediately improved

‼️If sciatica keeps coming back no matter how much you stretch your leg, this is for you!

🔑Sciatica pain often happens when the sciatic nerve gets irritated in the lower back due to things like a disc bulge.

🔅That’s why stretching the leg gives only temporary relief, it doesn’t always address the source of the nerve compression.

Here are 3 gentle stretches that may help relieve nerve pressure and reduce sciatica pain:

1️⃣ Wall Lean Stretch (Side Glide)

• Stand with the painful side away from the wall
• Feet hip-width apart
• Gently shift your hips toward the wall
• Hold 20–30 seconds
• Repeat 3–5 times

2️⃣ Lying Sciatic Nerve Floss

• Lie on your back
• Lift the painful leg with a slight bend in the knee
• As you straighten your leg, tilt your head back
• As you bend the leg, point your toe down and tuck your chin toward your chest
• Slow and controlled for 10–15 reps

3️⃣ Figure-4 Piriformis Stretch

• Cross your painful leg over the other like a “4”
• Use your hand to gently press the top knee away
• Keep your back straight and lean forward slightly if seated
• Hold 20–30 seconds
• Repeat up to 5 times

These movements can help relieve pressure on the sciatic nerve, but if your pain keeps coming back, it may need more than stretching.
