PART 1 - IRL (in real life) : The PEAK phase
For the past 8 weeks, you’ve laid the foundation.
You showed up through Base Phase. You built strength, fitness, and confidence through Build Phase.
Now it’s time for Peak Phase. ⚡️
This past week and over the next 3 weeks, the goal is simple:
Push a little hardest (strategically) .
Lift a little heavier (strategically).
Move your fastest (strategically).
And discover what you’re truly capable of.
This is where all the work you’ve put in starts to shine.
Expect personal bests.
Expect breakthroughs.
Expect moments that remind you why you started.
