For the past 8 weeks, you’ve laid the foundation.

You showed up through Base Phase. You built strength, fitness, and confidence through Build Phase.

Now it’s time for Peak Phase. ⚡️

This past week and over the next 3 weeks, the goal is simple:
Push a little hardest (strategically) .
Lift a little heavier (strategically).
Move your fastest (strategically).
And discover what you’re truly capable of.

This is where all the work you’ve put in starts to shine.

Expect personal bests.
Expect breakthroughs.
Expect moments that remind you why you started.

At F45 Golden Mile, we’re not chasing perfection.

🚨 BREAKING NEWS 🚨
Loranse volunteered to be “pregnant” for 45 minutes today. Not because he lost a bet. Not because he was dared. But because he was a good sport and wanted to help us create a small reminder of what women go through during pregnancy. 🍉❤️

So we wrapped a roughly 10-pound watermelon around his stomach and sent him on his way.
The results? Turns out tying a watermelon to your body makes simple things a lot less simple. 😂 Walking felt different. Getting up felt different. Moving around felt different. And that’s with a watermelon.

Now imagine carrying that extra weight not for 45 minutes...
But for roughly 394,000 minutes.
That’s about 9 months. 24 hours a day. 7 days a week.
No commercial breaks. No “time-outs.” No taking the watermelon off after class. 😅

Today’s challenge wasn’t about comparing experiences or pretending we could fully understand pregnancy.
It was simply a fun way to remind ourselves of something important:
Women are incredible.

And shoutout to Loranse for being there to volunteer when the studio comes up with another one of its “this seemed like a good idea at the time” experiments. 😂

Ladies, we see you. We appreciate you. And we’re in awe of what the human body is capable of.

And Loranse? He survived. The watermelon survived. And the gym got another reason to laugh together. 🍉🙌

Huge shoutout to Lauren for absolutely crushing it. But beyond the numbers, we just want to say how proud we are of EVERYONE at F45 Golden Mile and the progress being made day by day.

To all the parents out here at our studio and out the taking the time to workout, work on their physical and mental health : we see your dedication. We know you sometimes feel guilty for taking this time for yourself, but don’t.

What you sometimes fail to see is:
✅ Your kids directly and indirectly growing in a household where fitness is a lifestyle
✅ Your kids are learning that if you want to be there for others in the future when they need you, you have to take care of yourself now — even on the days you don’t want to.
✅ Importance of a community where we believe “it’s ok if you fall down, but never give up on trying again”.
✅ Your kids realizing that fitness is fun and inclusive!

Your daughters, sons, and little ones are watching you show up — even on the hard days.

Investing in your health today means a stronger, healthier you tomorrow. Not just for yourself, but for the people who look up to you the most. ❤️

PS: remember team, even on any other workouts, we know sometimes a break sneaks in… and honestly, that’s okay too. Always move with intention. Whether that’s you exerting energy during the workout or strategically saving energy to keep YOUR momentum going in the long haul. Mindset is everything. Pilates is cute. Yoga is healing. Running is powerful.
And honestly? Any movement is better than no movement.
