This series is perfect for:
• Postpartum moms (recent or years later)
• Anyone feeling disconnected from their core
• Those experiencing low-back discomfort during movement
• Anyone returning to fitness after a break
Program Details
When: Tuesdays, 11:00–11:50 AM

Core + glute integration, controlled strength patterns
Week 4 – Integrate:
Functional strength patterns with core connection
Week 5 – Empower:
Dynamic movement, confidence-building, and carryover into regular classes
