The wait is over!! Our signature strength training program is back for an awesome summer semester starting Monday July 14th!
FIIT University is your ticket to the best results and success you’ve had yet when it comes to your health. This program is about more than just working out and eating well! We take a wholistic approach and focus on consistency, training, nutrition, habits, mindset, sleep and all things that tie into making the lifestyle changes that stick!
This small group Personal Training approach helps our clients be the most consistent with their healthy habits than ever before and that’s why it works! Join one of our awesome teams for this summer semester and kickstart a better and stronger YOU!
Groups run every Monday, Wednesday and Friday for 10 weeks at 6am, 7am and 10am!
