Tuesday night comfort food. Pan fried pork chops in a creamy mushroom gravy.
Creamy Mushroom Gravy
2 cups sliced mushrooms
1 small onion, thinly sliced
Salt and Pepper to taste
1 heaping tbsp of flour
1 tbsp of Better Than Bouillon organic beef
1 1/2 cups of water
1/4 cup heavy cream
Sauté the mushrooms and onions in 1 Tbsp of olive oil, cook until tender. Season with salt and pepper. Add the flour and combine with the mushrooms and gravy. Add bouillon and water and slowly whisk. Bring to a simmer and add the cream and combine.
