Let’s get walking!
Walking is one of the most underrated, most beneficial things we can do for our entire wellbeing!
Now that the warmer weather is coming it’s a great opportunity to get a few steps in the fresh air as much as possible.
Remember, you don’t have to start out big with 30 - 60 minute walks a day. Start with what is realistic for you, and work up (if you want) over time. Even a quick 5 minute walk up and down your driveway or to the mail box and back can do wonders!
