Holy moly! What a week.......we still had sunshine 7 days ago. I'm so thankful to not have any major pains (1 day post accident) though I did ice as soon as I arrived home and likely only a mild to moderate concussion. Things can change so quickly!

I am grateful to my colleagues and our healthcare system, while overworked and often stressed will definitely help you out when you need it AND without making you bankrupt. I am so so grateful to have a warm space to rest my head and that my children are whole and happy (for the most part). I am beyond thankful to have food to nourish me and the ability to go get more.

Please hug someone near you soon and tell people you care before you can't.

Also, One Branch Therapeutic Wellness in both locations IS open. Megan, Diane and Danica are available this week and into the next if you need care. I have my treatments booked and I hope to be back at it soon! I am thankful for understanding patients when I had to cancel last minute (I really really hate to cancel).
