We made it to Newfoundland in one piece after a long day of travel 🫠🙏🩷 First task, find a place to catch something. 🎣 I'm looking forward to enjoying slow days of simple pleasures with my family & friends over the next 2 weeks.

Please note that I'll be away from the clinic until Tuesday, August 5th (inclusive), and I'm currently booking follow-up appointments into the end of August/beginning of September.

Another year, another stunning on the ! 🌈 A beauty showed up around the exact same time last year in and caught my attention. I'm choosing to see this as a message. Last year, it inspired my intention for the year: "Look for the glimmers"! ✨️ And I really did! It remained a theme throughout the year and is something I am inspired to work on deepening in this next year to come. So perhaps that's the message....keep with it, you aren't done here! I'm invited to take a deeper look at inspired by this quote...

The idea here is that glimmers are made ever more powerful and important, precisely when we are going through and are in the thick of the hard stuff.

And that's a wrap! 🏖🌊🌝🏕🌧 The end of my stay-cation and extra with my Littles before the start of the . My oldest starts in a couple of days, so it was really special to have more one-on-one time with him before he starts this epic adventure 🥹👊🏻🩵. Time flies when you are having fun...what an understatement! There will be lots of big feelings around here in the coming weeks, I'm sure, but I'm happy to report that we are ALL feeling ready!

I am back in the clinic tomorrow and looking forward to reconnecting and getting back into the swing of things! Also, is finally in the works, so ! 🙃 🙌
