From a past participant of a day long forest therapy retreat: “My first time on a guided forest therapy experience, I thought 8 hours, how the heck am I going to spend 8 hours in the forest. OMG it was a life-changing experience. I've done it twice since then (for 4 hours) and it never disappoints. Its changed the way I move through nature. I'm more silent, still, aware, in awe.”

Feeling honoured to have the opportunity to guide a group of 10 women from the prairies who chose the Sunshine Coast as a place to celebrate a birthday.
As one participant said, “I enjoyed this experience way more than I thought I would. It rekindled the child like wonder in me. Thank you.” And thank you too for coming and trying something new, yet very old. Forest Bathing at its best with Nature With Haida…
