Wellness Era ♡
I have more energy today and way less pain than last year! Winninggggggg

A year ago I was running on empty. I experienced extreme fatigue, pain in my low back and legs, I felt decimated, a fraction of myself. I could barely hike this hill

This year (so far, soooo good!) My mindset is bright, I feel fresh vitality, I am empowered. My body is gaining strength and endurance, my belief in myself is tenfold and the possibilities are inspiring me to challenge myself. Elevate.

I really noticed my sense of ability to achieve the top, knowing I WOULD MAKE IT TO THE TOP. I haven't had that sense in a few years. My brain and my body had the wisdom and power. Level 3 lookout ACHIEVED. May be a small feat for some of you. For me the mindset shift was HUGE.

I kept repeating a phrase:
"theres only two mistakes in life,
1. not starting and
2. not going all the way".

Is it everything Ive been doing? Probably.
Is there one main healing milestone? Nope.

What has worked for me is holistic. Mindfulness, nutrition, pacing, connection, adventure. Wholesomeness. Feeling healthy and whole and no more FEAR. I screamed it all out in that Temazcal in January.

This is my wellness Era. I love it here. Im free.

Mindful Movement is a trauma-informed practise that blends mindfulness meditation and gentle Yoga in a one hour session. Delivered live online with Andrea via Zoom. All skill and experience levels welcome. I provide an inclusive and safe space to explore body-based practises such as body scan, resourcing, stress-relief and embodied presence. Come restore vitality and resilience with Andrea (200 hrs YTT)
