Welcoming Lisa McReynolds, RMT 🌱

With a grounded, holistic approach, Lisa works to support the body’s natural ability to restore balance and enter a state of deep rest where healing can occur. Each session is tailored to the unique needs of the individual, with care that is both informed and compassionate.

Over the years, Lisa has had the privilege of working with a wide range of clients and musculoskeletal conditions—experiences that have deepened her respect for the healing process. She also offers simple, personalized homecare plans to help sustain wellness beyond the treatment room.

✨ A Heartfelt Thank You ✨

After a wonderful year working together, it’s time to say goodbye (for now) to Molly Zimmer, one of our talented Registered Massage Therapists.

As she sets off on a new adventure back to the island, we want to express our deepest gratitude for the care, warmth, and compassion that she brought to all of her patients and our clinic.

You’ll be truly missed Molly—not just for your skills, but for your heart too!

Wishing you nothing but success, joy, and exciting new opportunities on this next chapter of your journey.

With gratitude and warmest wishes,
The Coast Health Collective Team 🩵

Our books are full! šŸ“š

All of our practitioners have their hands full - literally and figuratively! Which means unfortunately, we are currently unable to accept new patients.

We would like to sincerely give thanks to all of our existing patients, and apologize to those who we have had to turn away.

In order to maintain our existing patient’s treatment plans and prioritize their health care, we believe that this is the best decision - at this time.

It’s not fair or realistic to schedule you more than two months in advance!

We are so grateful to have such an amazing team and patient base. Please, keep in mind that this is temporary and we will reassess when we have more space and flexibility within our schedules.

If you are on our wait list, we will continue to do our best to get you booked in as soon as possible.

Thank you for your continued and ongoing support, we are so very grateful.

PSA! šŸ“£ ATTN: To all of Molly Zimmer’s patients…

Molly will be leaving the Coast come June, so May will be her last month at SCRMT!

We have tried our best to refer all of her patients to other RMT’s in our clinic but if you haven’t been here in a while you may not know. She is fully booked until she leaves for her next adventure! So, if you have yet to receive a referral, please reach out to us so we can get you booked back in with another practitioner for your future appointments.

Sunday Affirmations. šŸŒ¬ļø

We could break this down and explain the physiological and somatic psychological benefits of this teaching, but sometimes it’s best to just keep things simple.

Did you know that…

Massage, or more specifically, the simple act of human to human touch - skin to skin contact - will decrease your heart rate, blood pressure, and cortisol levels.

While also increasing hormones like oxytocin and serotonin, which are known to help elevate your mood by decreasing pain, stress, anxiety and depression.

Overall, creating feelings of trust, safety, and connection. Towards ourselves, and also to others.

There’s alot more science behind the ā€˜simple’ act of touch! So, don’t take it for granted - go book a massage, shake people’s hands, and give your friends, family and loved ones a hug.

There are many things that divide us, but it’s the simplest of actions that connect us.
