My morning routine.

Wake up - straight to kitchen to add one scoop of perfect aminos to my shaker and drink it.

Then add 1 hydrogen tablet to water and let it dissolve while I shower.

End my hot shower on the coldest setting only on my head and neck to stimulate the vagus nerve.
Down the hydrogen water and then I get my coffee.

1/4 tsp of real salt in water always throughout my day and the electrolytes if I need an afternoon boost.

I asked Chat GPT to look over my company and give me a hook/ tagline that works best for me and describes me and my brand.

And “ wellness that’s inked in experience”

is what it produced and it’s reasons were
- short, edgy and catchy
-Inked is a double meaning as in the ink on my body as well as the amount of life experience in the wellness industry.
- proof that wellness doesn’t just have one look and I’m not trying to pretend I’m perfect
- it’s authentic because it’s literally who I am.

… and to be honest, I love it!
