Born and raised in Manitoba, moved to Spruce Grove, Alberta in 2019. I have always been a caregiver and nurturer....self-care for me has been a journey, realizing over the years how important it is to take care of yourself so you can be the best version of you. It is not selfish to love yourself, and to make your happiness a priority, in fact it's a necessity! A career in massage therapy is a way for me to love myself and help others to love themselves!! Graduating from ACMT in September 2022 (Alberta College of Massage Therapy) with honours - has allowed me to follow a dream and passion to Empower, Inspire & Educate others. My desire & persistence, combined with love, has led me to where I am today. I believe in the importance of a balanced body, mind & spirit.....

Feeling grateful for our time in Spruce Grove/Edmonton...its been a great ride, I have grown in so many ways, personally, professionally, built many new friendships ( Karra Files Jeff Turlock and so many more ),got to spend much more quality time with family here ( Heather Molyneux Yves Caron Maureen Spencer Ferra Jana Mundt ), we will truly miss every single one of you, I've cried many tears over the last couple of weeks....thank you to Lorraine Christine for the amazing opportunity at Love Within Pregnancy Massage & Womans Wellness Inc, I'll miss seeing the lovely ladies, and so many clients I've grown to love 💕......but its time to go back to our roots so we can be with other amazing family and friends ( too many to list)
we have back in Manitoba, we will be back though to visit...love to you all 💕
