In my last post, I talked about what FasterEFT is and how it can be used to reprogram the subconscious mind by changing the memories we have stored.
FasterEFT uses different meridian points on the body that are connected to different organs.
By thinking of a certain memory or symptom and then tapping on these different points in order, we are able to change how memories are represented in our minds so that they no longer hold any negative power or control over us.
The FasterEFT meridian points are as follows:
1. Eyebrow (connected to the bladder)
2. Side of eye (connected to the gallbladder)
3. Under the eye (connected to the stomach)
4. Collarbone (connected to the kidneys)
5. Wrist (connected to the lings, large intestine, small intestine heart, and circulation)
You do not need to know these points, what they are or why they're even there for this to work. All you have to know to allow this to work are a few things:
1. In order to change a problem, you have to notice that you have a problem
2. How do you know you have a problem?
a. You may have images
b. You may have sensations in your body
c. Or you may hear certain sounds
3. Once you identify the problem, you begin to tap on each meridian point. While you tap on each point, you simply continue saying 'let it go'
4. After the first 4 points, you grab your wrist, take a deep breath in, and out and say PEACE.
5. Check back in with the 'problem', notice how it feels now and continue the tapping sequence until the memory changes to a point where it feels good and no longer bothers you.
That's it!!
It sounds simple because it is. But it works!! The only way it doesn't work is if you don't do it. Everyone will experience results in different time frames based on several factors. Stay consistent and I promise youll experience a shift.
