NST Services now available

(Neurostructural Integration Technique)

I completed my training in November 2025 and will be offering NST at a discounted rate $55 (approx. 60 mins) for existing clients only.

By using highly specialized soft tissue manipulation on specific areas of the body, NST is able to reset the body’s muscle tensional system causing safe, natural auto-regulation to occur within the spinal column and its structures, helping to reduce or eliminate pain and symptoms while restoring postural integrity and vitality.

Typically you book a minimum of two treatments one week apart for optimal results.

My first NST treatment with Tracy Hunter Heartt was over 3 years ago for chronic hip pain. I had two sessions one week apart and haven’t had that hip pain since. It is very different from massage therapy but the results can be amazing.
