Showing gratitude can shift your attention. It helps your mind reset. Some days feel rushed or messy, but this small habit reminds you that joy and happiness still show up. You just have to look for it, and sometimes, write it down.

Whether at work or home, posture is prevalent to all individuals. Everyone has a unique posture, however there are general rules one can follow to improve posture, alleviate pain and feel refreshed when sitting for long periods of time. Things like keeping your lower body stable, activating your core and staying active are all ways to adjust your posture positively. Back pain, headaches and stiffness may occur if you have bad posture, but are mostly preventative if you keep these rules in mind.

If you need some help to improve your posture with physiotherapy or massage, give us a call. Our massage therapists have openings as early as this week. Maybe we can give you a head start before you go on a road trip or head out to the golf course. We can be reached at 780-568-2032.
