Hi there, my name is Ashleigh Treanor! I recently graduated from the Massage Therapy program at Fanshawe College in London, Ontario, and I am a member in good standing with the College of Massage Therapy of Ontario.

While I am new to the field, I have always known that helping others is my life’s purpose. My small-town roots have shaped my approach — emphasizing kindness, attentiveness, and truly personalized care for every client I meet.

Ashleigh is passionate about supporting overall well-being through a variety of therapeutic techniques including:

• Myofascial Release
• Joint Mobilizations

💫Cupping Massage Therapy by Morgan Kennedy

Cupping massage provided by a registered massage therapist. Cupping therapy is used to help increase blood flow to a targeted area. It uses both the lymphatic and circulatory system to flush out fluid, waste products and stagnant blood from those areas. This can be helpful for individuals with increased tension, reduced range of motion, fascial restrictions and much more.
The cupping marks that appear after a treatment are not bruises. They can simply mean that there was increased tension in that area and is in the process of healing. These spots can last anywhere from a few hours to a couple of weeks.

💫Registered Prenatal Massage
Our registered massage therapist Morgan Kennedy who is specially trained in pre-natal massage, will offer all the specialized pregnancy bolster on the bed. This allows, the expectant mother to be able to lay comfortably faced down. There are special cut outs for the abdomen and chest. Additional support cushions and pillows at your request to provide a comfortable and proper pre and post-pregnancy massage.

Our RMT’s ensure your comfort and safety is their first priority. Therefore we require that expectant mothers choose the prenatal massage option at all stages of pregnancy.
