Myomassology is considered a good form of therapeutic massage. It's a holistic approach that combines various massage techniques and other modalities to address the whole person – mind, body, and spirit. Myomassology is known for its ability to reduce pain, promote relaxation, and enhance overall well-being.
Here's why it's considered a good therapeutic massage:
Holistic Approach:
Myomassology doesn't just focus on the physical body; it integrates techniques to address emotional and energetic aspects of well-being.
Variety of Techniques:
It incorporates a range of modalities like reflexology, aromatherapy, energy balancing, craniosacral therapy, and acupressure.
Personalized Treatment:
Myomassologists tailor each session to the individual's specific needs and preferences, making it suitable for a wide range of conditions.
Emphasis on Relaxation and Pain Relief:
Myomassology is often used to alleviate stress, reduce pain, and promote deep relaxation.
Potential for Healing:
By addressing the interconnectedness of mind, body, and spirit, myomassology can support the body's natural healing processes.
Evidence-Based:
While research on specific aspects of Myomassology is ongoing, studies have shown the effectiveness of massage therapy in reducing stress, anxiety, and musculoskeletal pain.
Myomassology can be a valuable therapeutic massage for those seeking a holistic approach to health and wellness.

As a Practitioner certified by both associations, I strongly advocate for the stress-reducing and anxiety-alleviating properties of massage and reflexology, which are achieved through the release of endorphins, known for their pain-relieving and mood-boosting effects. To reap these benefits, consider scheduling a massage or Reflexology session with one of our highly skilled practitioners. Refer to the links above to find local practitioners near your location.

Our home is rapidly taking shape, and we are excited to return soon. My nail tech course is advancing smoothly; I will be participating in extra hands-on training sessions with a salon to receive additional mentorship from experienced professionals. On another note, I am thinking of a change of name for my business from Serenity Holistic Massage and Modalities to "Serenity, health spa &Nails." It is shorter and to the point. ❤️

Have you tried myofascial cupping? Myofascial cupping uses plastic, silicone, or glass cups to create a gentle suction on your skin, pulling up essential fluids and revitalizing the underlying tissues.

Myofascial cupping is often incorporated into other manual therapy techniques such as massage therapy, myofascial release, and trigger point therapy.

Using massage techniques, your practitioner will locate tension or congestion and apply cups to an affected area. The cups can be glided over the skin or placed on a fascial adhesion or trigger point for a short time to reduce or eliminate it.

Myofascial cupping can not only help alleviate soft tissue issues but also melt away musculoskeletal tension, tackle sporting injuries, and promote deep relaxation by activating the parasympathetic nervous system.

Reflexology is good for the SOLE. 👣

Reflexology can be effective for alleviating pain from certain conditions, improving sleep, and decreasing anxiety, stress, and depression.

The practice focuses on healing in the body by activating different reflex points found in the feet, hands, and ears.
