We are incredibly excited to be part of this important initiative to expand access to primary care across Frontenac, Lennox and Addington!

This $3.62 million investment marks a major step forward in helping more residents connect with the care they need — close to home and within their own communities.

Together with Maple Family Health Team, the Ontario government, and many valued community partners, we are looking forward to helping connect more people in our region with ongoing primary care support.

At the Sharbot Lake Family Health Team, we recognize how important access to primary care is for individuals, families, and communities. We are grateful to be part of this collaborative effort and look forward to continuing this work together.
