Our very own Juana Gramajo, RN is offering a free community presentation through her private practice, Knock Your Socks Off Foot Care.

Join Juana for “Foot Foundations,” an interactive session focused on understanding and caring for your feet.

During this session you will:
✔ Learn about foot anatomy and how your feet function
✔ Get an overview of lower leg circulation and the nervous system related to the feet
✔ Practice simple foot and lower leg exercises that support circulation

🌿 Looking for quick, effective mental health support for children and youth? 🌿

Join us Wednesday, March 4th for the monthly Maltby Mental Health Walk-In Clinic at the Sharbot Lake Family Health Team from 5:00 PM – 8:00 PM.

Martha, a counsellor from the Maltby Centre, offers FREE, solution-focused counselling sessions on the first Wednesday evening of every month.

This walk-in clinic is designed for:
✨ Children and youth
✨ Young adults up to age 24
✨ Parents, caregivers, and families

✅ No appointment needed — just drop in and register at reception.
✅ You do not need to be a patient of Sharbot Lake Family Health Team.
✅ You do not need to be previously involved with the Maltby Centre.

Simply walk in and access timely, local mental health support when you need it most.

Connecting with Martha at this clinic is also a fast and easy pathway to additional Maltby Centre services for ongoing care.
