😁😁😁😁😁😁😁😁😁😁😁😁😁😁😁 The world needs more joy, especially after the last couple of years…everywhere one looks, there seems to be negative news, gloom and doom, fear and fatigue…
I believe that as the famous saying goes, that the best way to change the world, is to : “Be the change” that you want to see in the world. Therefore, being inspired by what I have seen in my community, as well as the efforts that I have seen all the way up at the world level (yes there still is positive out there 😉), I have found how I can contribute to shaping the world that I want to live in…My goal is to increase joy one meditation moment at a time, by using the scientifically proven positive and amplification effects of group meditation.

I watched "The Book of Life" last weekend and by far my favourite song of the whole movie was the apology song that Manolo sang to the Toro. The forgiveness contained within can be applied to anyone or any situation that has us chained in suffering...

Freely upon the zephyr, I dance,
Reaching lazily, towards the sun’s warm caress.
It’s light beckons and calls.
My soul stretches and expands.
Like a moth mesmerized by a flame,
Divine Source within, it entices my approach by name…
“Child, release your tethers and take flight.
Join me for a thousand of yet unexperienced delights.
Be free and upon the tails of stars alight,
A feather so soft, so pure, so white,
Into my heavenly embrace, my Feather Light.”

I had a big epiphany yesterday and I thought I'd share:
Wanting to know what the future or the end result of some event will be, and worrying about it, is like reading the first chapter of a novel and wanting to skip to the end...you miss out on the rest of the story...and whether the journey to get to the end of the book was smooth or rugged, the book always finishes well...so if God know's what the final chapter is in our life stories and its good, why not relax, enjoy the ride and wait for the end to unfold as it should!?
