Sometimes life can bring you lots of challenges. How you deal with the situation in those times. Do you let the fear consume you or you can choose to have trust and faith. I choose to have total trust in the universe. Everything changes. Nothing stays for ever. You just hold on to your faith. If the thoughts can bring you down, same way positive thoughts can lift your spirit. Feeling so blessed. You are never alone you always have unseen forces watching over you. Think of your words like you would a fragile flower. Your words can help heal someone’s hurt feelings or they can make things worse. Words are like matches. They can start a fire of love or burn friendship down, so talk like planting seeds in the garden so that show love and respect if you do that you will grow something beautiful. Be kind to yourself, doing that you will be kind to others.

I know that I have a special connection with the trees. It’s so amazing when you connect with them they start to connect back to you. I saw this amazing tree and I needed some grounding and end up connecting with this beautiful huge tree. I felt an immense shift in my body. I felt that he was there to hold me , to nourish my energy and it did. Thank you to nature.

rhythm breathwork experience is so unique and powerful. Deep breathing takes you into subconscious where you are open to release your pain, letting go of all that which no longer serves you. Lots of emotions can come up. I can’t imagine how much pain, judgement, shame that we hold in our body. Feeling the gratitude in our heart can open to so many blessings and love for yourself which is incredible. go . ❤️❤️🙏🏼
