School season has started!
Lifts are being installed in schools across the country due to the need for handicapped accessibility to the stage for school plays, into the cafeteria for lunch, or from the first floor up to the 2nd floor.
We offer several different options for schools to add accessibility options into the schools at an affordable rate from constant pressure VPL’s up to automatic hydraulic elevators.

This is the time of year we get inundated with schools requesting updates to their current lifts; tear out the old and replace with new or adding new accessibility for the first time.

Received this incredible review today from Daughters of St. Paul.
They had a few unfortunate events happen with elevator companies prior to us coming in there and getting it finished for them.
We removed the built on site completely unsafe elevator they were provided and installed a brand new Garaventa Lift North America LU/LA elevator. From the start of production to the day we inspected and handed over the keys, it was 3 months. We put the lift into production in late December 2025; it was delivered mid January 2026 and it was inspected and turned over Thursday April 2nd 2026. Just in time for Easter weekend.
I’m so glad we were able to remove these wonderful ladies from over 2 years of being taken advantage of by fly by night elevator companies.
Don’t let their “know everything” attitude fool you. Trust your gut when you’re dealing with everyone! We always answer the phone - we stand behind our schedule, and we will always help you out - one way or the other, we will make sure that the service you receive from us is the best you’ve ever had!

Hello to all our past, current and future clients. Please be advised that TSSA has implemented a strike as of 12:01am Thursday July 21, 2022 resulting in the pause on any and all inspections on all of our elevators. We do not know when they will be back on the job, or what kind of backlog we will be looking at once they return but we will still do our best to ensure that all of our clients, both for maintenance and service as well as new installs are well taken care of in the process. If you have any concerns about your elevator please call us directly at 519-215-1710 for service. If you’re not a client and wish to obtain a maintenance provider please also call that number and we will happily hep you out during this strike.

The union representing safety inspectors at the Technical Standards and Safety Authority (TSSA) says 170 of its members walked off the job as of 12:01 a.m. Thursday.
