This six-week yoga program will not only impact you physically, but also mentally. We will go over the basic yoga poses with correct posture in the first couple of weeks and then will start to advance your practice with your comfort level in mind.
This program is perfect for beginners, those with an infrequent practice, even for yogis that practice daily. I give many options for the postures so you can add as much challenge to the class as you want, allowing you to tailor it to your specific needs.
The six-week program is only $75 + HST ($85.75) - only about $14 per class!
