Nutrition is Key!
I have my struggles with food! I love my chocolate, handfuls of this or that and making bad choices because it’s easier. Hmm but KD is so easy and yummy! 🤦‍♀️
I’m finally taking my nutrition seriously and leaning into meal prep, healthy eating and tracking my food and water! Total game changer!!
Yep! I still enjoy my chocolate but instead of eating a chocolate bar, I enjoy a few milk chocolate almonds on my drive home everyday! (Dark chocolate is better but I don’t love it)
I’m so lucky to have Kyla home for a few months as she loves to meal prep too!!

My Breakfast to GO!
Starting the day with food you love to eat and that can fuel you for the day has been a game changer for me!
I used to have a hot chocolate and a p&j on white bread every morning.
My mindset and nutrition plan has me feeling energized and overall healthier!
Now this is what I’m eating today!
12 grain bagel with 1 hard boiled egg made into egg salad 🥚
1 cup of veggies
1 serving of my vanilla shakeo loaded with nutrients with a 1 banana 🍌 and since I do love peanut butter - added 1tbs 🥜
Eating should be easy and enjoyable!
