☀️ Sun Protection 101: What’s the Difference Between UVA & UVB? 🧴

Summer is in full swing, and that means it’s time to talk SUN SAFETY! 🌞
When choosing sunscreen, it’s important to know what you’re protecting your skin from:

✅ UVA Rays – These pe*****te deep into the skin and are the main cause of premature aging (think wrinkles and sunspots). UVA rays are present all year round—even on cloudy days!

✅ UVB Rays – These are the rays that cause sunburns and play the biggest role in skin burn and cancer. UVB intensity varies by season and time of day.

🎯 Look for “Broad Spectrum” Sunscreen – This means you’re protected from BOTH UVA and UVB rays.

💡 Tips from your local pharmacy team:
• Use SPF 30 or higher
• Reapply every 2 hours (or after swimming/sweating)
• Don’t forget your ears, lips, and tops of your feet!
• Shade and hats help too!
