Did anyone else feel the Equinox yesterday like a freight train instead of a gentle balance point?
It was supposed to represent harmony. But instead it revealed just how far out of harmony this planet actually is. Pathogen activity was through the roof. Migraines, dizziness, fatigue, emotional spirals — all amplified for empaths who are here as the planet’s energy transmuters.
Today there’s a slow ease, but the residue lingers. Spirit says: manage the doing in moderation, expand your being, and let divine timing recalibrate what looks like chaos.
Remember — this death-and-rebirth cycle IS the path to harmony. Trust it.

After the Eclipse + New Moon double-punch, this week hit empaths harder than ever. The real question Spirit is asking:

🚨 Eclipse Portal turbulence 🚨
Empaths, if you’re feeling floaty, fried, anxious, or even like you’re in fight-or-flight today… you’re not losing it. You’re processing a massive influx of light codes.

Here’s what’s happening ⬇️
When big waves of light enter, the shadows see it as an opportunity. They try to siphon our frequency. That’s why you might feel out-of-body, overwhelmed, or like you want to curl into the fetal position and ask, “who signed me up for this mission?” 👀

Spirit actually came in singing “Dippity-do-da” — because today is full of dips. High highs ➝ crashing lows ➝ back up again. Emotional turbulence at its finest.

⚡ When you’re in a dip ➝ say “I do not consent.” Cancel the dark energies, entities, or debris trying to latch on.
⚡ When you’re in a high ➝ say “I am the Light.” Anchor your connection back to Source, God, Creator. Strengthen your frequency.

These mantras are not fluff. They are survival strategy for sensitives in an Eclipse Portal. Use them.
