False spring is upon us 😕
as the weather turns colder again after a nice taste of spring weather to come, try not to throw your body out of joint burrowing back into your blanket burrito! if you need a reason to get your muscles tuned up for spring planting, I have a table warmer all set up for cozy treatments!

Happy holidays to all that celebrate something this time of year!
As we are in the midst of the snow that just keeps blowing, remember, while shoveling to take breaks, lift smaller loads and bend at the knees. And when you need some help to ease those aching muscles, send me a message to book an appointment to get you in my table for treatment!

Please note, that as of February 1st 2025 my rates will be increasing by $5. I will also be adding an additional service of 75min for $115, when an hour is just not long enough, and 90min is too long. I think I might just call it my goldilocks appointment! 🤣

I am also offering my reiki services - 60min for $90 if that is something you are interested in, or have some questions you'd like answered.

Location change! For those of you who have been following me around the nooks and crannies I have set up my table over the years, thank you for continuing to seek treatment from me despite my many moves. I truly do appreciate you and look forward to seeing you as we continue to work through the best possible treatments for you.

Now for the details of where to find me! I have moved my clinic back to Shelburne! Yay! Not too very far from where I was last in Shelburne. My new space is at 118 Main st. West, unit 10. The same plaza as before with the td bank and Shannons pub, but all the way to the far end(away from the lights), turn the corner into the alley at the end of that building and I am the first door on the right facing the gym.

Once the weather warms some, my current door (which is a bit sketchy, when you open it) will be replaced and I will put a proper sign above it. For now while I am in, I have my little plaque stuck to the door with my name on it so you can feel a little more comfortable about knowing you found the right space.

For the next few months, I will have details of how to find me in your reminder emails (with the covid prescreening forms) just as a redundancy, so no one goes to the old clinic by mistake.

I am planning on sending out an email with the same info later this week for anyone who doesn't frequent facebook.

Last but not least, my rates will be increasing by $5 starting May 1st 2022. I will have this information posted in my clinic as well as included in my aforementioned email to be distributed later this week.

I have officially sorted out the details of my move of clinic locations and am happy to report that my new space is with Dr. Hannah Lemke at 54 first st. Orangeville. (at the north west corner of First st and Feed street). I am currently reaching out to all the clients I have shifted around with this unfortunate delay to your treatments, and look forward to seeing you in my new space.

For anyone who has been asking, yes I recently have moved out from my clinic space at 116 main st west Shelburne. I have been in negotiations with a few new possible locations, and due to some restrictions, have had to reschedule some appointments until such details have been finalized. I apologize for the disruption to your regular scheduled treatments, and am working as efficiently as I can to resume treatments as quickly as I can during this stressful covid time. Stay safe out there and I will be back to working out your aches and pains before we know it. 👍

Update for everyone: with the province going into lockdown measures as of Dec 26th 2020. My College has issued a statement that Massage Therapists are permitted to continue to provide treatment provided the benefits of providing treatments outweigh the risks of exposure to Covid-19. During these changing times, stress can present itself in a variety of ways. Make sure you are taking the time for some self care. Increased levels of stress means the levels of cortisol in our bodies also increase, which lower our immune responses. Take an hour of your day and let me help get your body in fighting form.

I am almost there! Just getting the finishing touches on my clinic space this week so that I can re-open for treatments starting next week.
