Happy holidays to all that celebrate something this time of year!
As we are in the midst of the snow that just keeps blowing, remember, while shoveling to take breaks, lift smaller loads and bend at the knees. And when you need some help to ease those aching muscles, send me a message to book an appointment to get you in my table for treatment!

Please note, that as of February 1st 2025 my rates will be increasing by $5. I will also be adding an additional service of 75min for $115, when an hour is just not long enough, and 90min is too long. I think I might just call it my goldilocks appointment! šŸ¤£

I am also offering my reiki services - 60min for $90 if that is something you are interested in, or have some questions you'd like answered.

Registered Massage Therapy helps

ā€œIā€™ve lived in the area all my life and I love the sense of community here. But I find that many people arenā€™t aware that each person and every massage treatment is unique to the specific needs of that day. There is no standard ā€˜large cheese pizzaā€™ when it comes to massage therapy.

I enjoy working with all ages and all abilities. Iā€™ve been an RMT for 5 years and love that moment when clients get off the table and they realize that theyā€™re more relaxed, calmer and in less pain than when they walked in. I have 10 years of experience working with people with special needs, that remind me every day that the little stuff is important, and that taking care of yourself by keeping your body moving is essential.

As a Massage Therapist, I notice the way you move, and I want to help. I have never had someone get on my table that I told to get off and refunded their money because there was nothing for me to do. All bodies benefit.
