The other night, I was meditating, and Bali was calling to me. So I made myself a hibiscus 🌺 tea that I brought back. I sipped it and reveled in the joy and peace Bali brought me. There was so much beauty in 1sq inch of that island, and it can be overwhelming, but just sitting and reliving those moments brought me peace.
Then to wake up to a beautiful sunrise πŸŒ… yesterday was amazing. I thanked Mother Earth 🌎 for such beauty 😍 πŸ’–

For me, it’s when I feel unusually drained, unfocused, or out of sync with the flow of my dayβ€”it’s like my inner balance is disrupted.

These moments remind me to PAUSE, REFLECT, and RECONNECT with myself to restore harmony.
