This is good for everyone to know!

One of the first things you will learn on a reflexology course …. The body divisions on the feet!

From the top of your head to your buttocks is mapped on the soles of your feet. Your spine is mirrored on the inner arch of both of your feet, and your limbs are depicted on the outer edge of both your feet …. from below your little toes to the side of your heels, is from your shoulders to your feet.

Pretty phenomenal really! 😁

I learned more important things from these books than from both my reflexology courses! It was also because of them that I can control my anaemia without taking iron constantly.

Sometimes I dip into these two little books from the ‘Mother of Modern Reflexology’, Eunice Ingham, for some words of wisdom.

With the first one, “Stories The Feet Can Tell” written in 1938, I just love the language it was written in.

I found this one today …

“This machine, our body, is one thing left to our care, and if we abuse it, the sooner it will wear out.”
