Thomas worked hard during his first 3-week intensive program. Here are some examples of the improvements he made:
- He can lift his foot over 4 inches and step over multiple times.
- He can walk on uneven surfaces while holding onto bars.
- He can push himself from a side-lying position into a seated position with some support on the side of his trunk.
- From a seated position to kneeling or on all fours, he can complete the movement by himself, needing only minimal assistance to lift his hips for the first 3 to 4 inches. He always repositions his limbs before and after the movement to maintain his balance.
Finally, he can safely descend by himself from a sitting position 6 inches off the ground.
Congratulations, Thomas!

Exactly two and a half years ago, our team of trainers started following the hands-on training about Activity-based therapy, in preparation for the opening of FSWC Québec planned in February 2022.
Without our early donors, who believed in our project and saw the potential of our organization to help people with neurological conditions, none of this would have been possible.
We would like to share our special thanks to Desjardins, who made the opening of our center possible through their GoodSpark Fund. In addition, Desjardins continues to support our mission through their Community Development Fund. We'd like to thank them for their invaluable support!

Since opening in 2022, we have helped over 60 people, including 10 children and we are expanding our team to be able to help more people.

Without our early donors, who believed in our project and saw the potential of our organization to help people with neurological conditions, none of this would have been possible.
We would like to share our special thanks to Desjardins, who made the opening of our center possible hrough their GoodSpark Fund. In addition, Desjardins continues to support our mission through their Community Development Fund. We'd like to thank them for their invaluable support!

The Grand Défi Caritatif CanaDon is coming to end an and you have been generous, but we are asking for one last push.

The donations you make in this period help us in two ways. Firstly, it directly helps to continue to be able to offer our services at the lowest possible cost and secondly it improves our chances to win $20 000, which would really help more people to benefit from traing programs at the center.

Your donations will help people like Maxime, Marie-Hélène, Nancy, Jakob and their families. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts for your generosity.

Hello everyone,

This week is the last week to donate as part of the Grand défi caritatif CanaDon in aid of FSWC Québec.

For the cause, we'd like to share with you Johanne's story of how, by coming to the center, she was able to greatly improve her daily walking.

Donate generously through the CanadaHelps donation platform. Each donation increases our chances of winning $20,000 and maintaining the rate reduction at 30% of billable cost. In this way, we can keep our services as affordable as possible.
