Children do not always have the words to explain anxiety.

Instead, it shows up in their bodies. In their routines. In their reactions.
🌷A child who refuses school may not be defiant.
🌷A child who complains of stomach aches may not be trying to avoid responsibility.
🌷A child who becomes tearful at bedtime may not be seeking attention.
