*Positive Blood Aspiration- Resite and Recheck prior to Dermal filler**
We get asked this all the time:
“Do you offer mobile filler?”
Short answer: no — and here’s why.
Both Botox and filler are medical procedures, but they are **not the same in terms of risk profile**.
Dermal filler requires working in areas where blood vessels are present. Even with the best technique, there’s a small risk of intravascular injection. One sign of this can be *positive blood aspiration* — and while rare, vascular complications require **immediate recognition and response**.
That’s where environment matters.
In-clinic, we have:
✔️ Proper medical chairs for full positioning, support, and visibility
✔️ Optimal lighting to assess skin changes in real time
✔️ Controlled setup
✔️ Immediate access to emergency supplies (including hyaluronidase)
✔️ The ability to act quickly and efficiently if needed
Mobile settings can be great for certain treatments — and we do offer mobile Botox because it has a different safety profile and does not carry the same vascular risks as filler.
But with filler, safety isn’t something we compromise on.
Convenience is a bonus.
Safety is the standard.
That’s why all dermal filler treatments are performed in-clinic 🤍
